Family quarrels, relationship crises, a separation or a change of job – sometimes we are faced with difficult decisions, we don’t know what to do and go round in circles. In such situations, a change of perspective and a neutral view from the outside can often help us to move on.
Equine-assisted coaching is a striking method that delivers surprisingly fast, targeted insights thanks to the one hundred percent neutral feedback of the horses. Horses read our body language and thus act as a kind of mirror that reveals the subconscious mind.
